Kenmode is a world-class high precision/high volume metal stamping supplier serving customers worldwide in the electronics, telecom, automotive, consumer and medical products industries by:

• Delivering excellent engineering and technical expertise to help customers launch and support their product into the market effectively
• Stable manufacturing processes and high quality results through the use of creativity, cutting edge technology, and innovation
• Excellent customer service due to ownership of the purchase-to-billing process by personal, single contact account managers

We will market ourselves with personal contact through both direct sales people and manufacturer’s representatives. We will receive the benefit of word-of-mouth advertising due to our reputation in the marketplace.

The History
Beginning with Kenmode’s first day of operations in 1960, continuous improvement is a way of life at Kenmode.

When Werner Moders and Kenneth Haber founded the company in 1960, their philosophy was simple… build a customer base through “strict adherence to uncompromised quality and performance standards”, and “customer satisfaction through continuous improvement”.

The results of adhering to that philosophy have resulted in customer satisfaction and continuous growth for Kenmode.

Stability is also a key ingredient to the Kenmode process, and to their progress. The Moders and Haber families have been directly involved with daily operations from the beginning. Werner continues today as CEO, while his son Kurt is President of the company, Ken’s son, Michael Haber, is the Director of Manufacturing. Years of dedication have brought Kenmode to where they are today, and will continue to be in the future.

Customer Service / Purchasing
Kenmode prides ourselves on our customer services and how your order is their #1 priority. Each Customer Service team member is your account manager. Their responsibility is to take your PO from order entry to collection of accounts receivable. Specific duties are to check stock and production availability, purchase raw material if required, schedule production to meet your requirements, and expedite as required. This system gives a greater sense of urgency, and allows for greater communication throughout Kenmode.
